‭35 hours per week
‭£21,600-£27,000 pa – dependent upon experience


‭You will be responsible for maximizing the number of clients recruited by applying your already effective selling skills.

‭You will have sales or property management experience. A degree and/ or professional qualification in housing or related discipline is essential to the post. Excellent communication skills, decision-making skills, computer literacy and a full driving licence are also essential.

An opportunity has arisen for a full time post in a specialist team responsible for helping to deliver warden services as part of the Older People-‭ ‬Homes for the Future sheltered accommodation services.‭

You will be responsible for working with the project team to deliver a challenging service improvement strategy for our sheltered housing schemes across the Borough.‭

    As part of a busy team, but working in a specific geographical area for the Runcorn District, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive housing and neighbourhood management service to tenants and neighbourhoods including housing management, marketing and lettings, resident involvement and supporting and delivering community regeneration.

    You will ensure that lettings are carried out efficiently and tenancy conditions are applied consistently, whilst delivering a customer focused service to our tenants.

    Experience in supporting resident involvement initiatives and forging effective working partnerships with other organisations would be an advantage. You will also have a successful track record in dealing with anti social behaviour.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a generic knowledge of housing, excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, you will have the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise your workload, and meet strict deadlines. You will also have excellent IT skills and experience of dealing with the public in a service environment.

    CONTRACT PERFORMANCE CO-ORDINATOR

    £24,545 - £27,595 per annum pro rata (17.5 hrs)
    Temporary position until March 2013


    Following the transfer of homes from Liverpool City Council on 1st April 2008, Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) now manages over 15,000 homes in Liverpool.

    LHT has been appointed as a Housing Management Contractor to help manage and deliver services and capital improvement programme on behalf of LMH.

    LHT will manage approximately 7,600 homes in the North and North West of Liverpool. We are looking for someone to help administer and co-ordinate this contract.

    The main focus of your role will be to help monitor performance on the contract. This will involve working with officers from LHT and LMH to ensure service delivery is recorded and appropriate systems maintained.

    We are looking for an innovative self-starter with excellent interpersonal and written skills with the ability to work effectively with partners to deliver the contractual targets. Experience of contract administration and working in social housing will also be an advantage.
