TENDER: ‘Community Growing Project’ Development Team – Hillhead Housing Association 2000
Hillhead Housing Association 2000 is seeking to appoint a Development Team in relation to its “Community Growing Project.”
The Development Team will include a team of professionals who will offer community consultation services, landscape architecture and quantity surveying. Submissions from individual disciplines will not be considered.
The Association will appraise and score a quality submission in the first instance and thereafter determine who will be invited to interview and invite fee proposals.
Development Teams who wish to be considered for the works should register their interest and request a Brief which will outline the project in more detail.
All completed quality submissions require being submitted no later than 12 noon on Thursday, 23 May 2013 to Hillhead Housing Association 2000, 60 Highfield Road, Kirkintilloch G66 2PS.

TENDER: Cavity wall and loft insulation - Viewpoint
Viewpoint is seeking the return of PQQs together with a priced document from interested contractors regarding its planned cavity wall insulation and loft insulation programme.
Viewpoint proposes to install cavity wall insulation and improve levels of loft insulation at 27 developments within the City of Edinburgh, Fife and the Lothians.
Pre – Qualification Questionnaires and appendices will be issued to all applicants responding to this notice and the returned documents will be appraised by Viewpoint technical staff.
The contract will be awarded in accordance with the award criteria specified in the documents.
The estimated expenditure for this contract is below the threshold level for the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012 and is not therefore a procurement governed by the Regulations.
Contractors who wish to be considered for the works should register their interest and request a PQQ and appendices.
All completed documents are required to be submitted no later than noon on Friday 7th June 2013 to Viewpoint Housing Association Ltd, 4 South Oswald Road, Edinburgh, EH9 2HG.
